RGN / RMN
Hays Social Care is currently working with a service provider with an excellent reputation for the highest standards of care delivery. We are seeking an experienced RGN to be a key member of the team in their nursing home in the Preston area.
You need to be a real team player with a genuine interest in working with the elderly and have previous relevant clinical experience. Your role will be to oversee and maintain the highest quality of clinical care delivery to the residents, as well as motivating the care staff team. You will work closely with and support the Deputy Manager and Home Manager, and act up in their absence when necessary.
