Key responsibilities:
To support the underwriting and valuation of assets and/or loan collateral for potential acquisitions. To undertake cash flow and economic modelling for fund acquisitions, and liaise appropriately with finance and tax functions to validate models.
Your Experience
Commercial real estate /other financial institution background essential – internships/placements will be considered as experience
Experience in financial modelling essential
Experience preparing financial information, interpreting financial performance, and assessing risk exposure
Ability to analyse complex processes and understand key deliverables within the market context.
Strong aptitude for excel for financial modelling - including ability to create and work with macros, formulas and create v-lookup functionalities across multiple spread sheets.
