The Financial Institutions team within the Wholesale Risk Area is the local representative of the equivalent function located within the Global Wholesale Risk Area in Madrid.

We are currently looking to fill a high-profile role, which will require expertise in credit across financial institutions and CCPs.

As a Risk Analyst you will be responsible for the credit quality of the Bank's FI/CCP portfolio, including ensuring sound credit practices and assessment are applied to new approvals and appropriate monitoring and review of extant counterparties is undertaken on an ongoing and regular basis.

You will need to have exceptional communication and client-facing skills as well as an ability to build strategic relationships with key stakeholders. As you will be closely liaising with Madrid Risk (particularly the particularly the Bancos OCDE sub team) and other local Risk centres (e.g. Paris, New York, Hong Kong etc) on Financial Institutions and CCP issues.
