Risk Analyst - Glasgow - Contract
Our client a leading Financial Services Organisation is looking to hire an experienced Risk Analyst to support the business in providing independent and aggregated analysis of all existing and emerging insurance risks. In addition, the successful candidate will also take responsibility for providing advice, co-ordination, challenge and control processes to the business in their management of risk identification, analysis, measurement, migration and reporting. This role is reporting to Projects Risk Manager from a delivery perspective.
Experience Required and Responsibilities;
- Maintain the programme risk register to track and report programme issues
- Conduct regular review of risk register to ensure that risks and issues are being mitigated / closed on a timely basis and the resolution appropriately documented
- Assess risks submitted by project managers and ensure ongoing update of the programme risk register
- Prepare risk and issue reports for Leadership Team, Programme Board and other relevant governance bodies
- Arrange Risk workshops and coordinate risk activities for the programmes
- Provision of specialist insight and analysis of risk profiles
- Ability to manage work with stakeholders and other members/teams across the group
- Ability to work with and/or lead large teams
