Risk Analyst recruitment

The Risk Analyst will work together with other business units to embed the framework and ensure that it will provide the necessary level of oversight and assurance.
A key part of this role will require strong stakeholder management at all levels throughout across all functions. To be successful in this role you will need to be a strong influencer and should ideally have experience of working on projects from within a risk environment.

Accountabilities-

• Monitor loss reporting, identify trends and prepare risk reports

• Review and validate risk MI across the business units and provide value- added risk analysis

• Review risk and control assessment data from business units and ensure effective controls and/or rectify control failures

• Review KRI’s and metrics provided by business units

• Review the business unit end to end payments process to ensure risk and control assessment coverage

Skills required-

• Working knowledge of Operational Risk Frameworks, policies and procedures

• Risk management experience from within an FS environment

• Understanding of audit and internal control procedures

• Excellent communications skills

• Experience of payment/corporate banking products would be useful
