Risk Analyst recruitment
Looking for 18mths-2yrs experience, but very open on what type of experience…they are looking for strong Maths candidates, who have preferably worked with SAS, SQL or VBA
The role is lots of analysis of scenarios, so strong analytical skills are the main requirements
Roles pay £30-35k (!)…but it is in MK, so apparently that is a reasonable salary for junior candidates in that area. Bonus potential is c10%
They will work in a team of c70 staff; broken down into 6 teams of c12 staff in the following areas:
• Application Fraud
• Unsecured Lending
• Secured Lending
• Business Banking
• Analytics
• Collections Recoveries
They have a rotation every 6-8mths, so they get to spend time and learn about all areas of the Bank. Progression prospects are good, with talent being identified for promotion to Senior Analyst a mentor-type role within c2 years
