Risk and Regulation – Deloitte Process Solutions- Finance and Operations Manager recruitment

The Deloitte Process Solutions (DPS) team provide expert operational management advice to Deloitte's largest clients, primarily in financial services but also across other sectors particularly the public sector.  We partner with clients in both an operational support capacity as well as providing business advisory / consulting services.

Due to significant growth within the team, a new opportunity has arisen for a Finance and Operations professional. This is a broad role that offers the individual a number of opportunities to develop and further their career with a critical part to play in supporting the business across a number of key areas including finance, operations and compliance across its client portfolio.

Responsibilities:

Initially focussing on financial reporting, these responsibilities will include:

Management of business unit PLs

Forecasting and budgeting

Establishing key management information and enhanced reporting

Operational responsibilities are also to be expected.  These will be project driven but would typically be focussed around:

Business strategy and development

Supplier management

Recruitment and Onboarding processes

Project compliance including management of operational risk

Implementation of new policies and procedures

Candidates should have a strong academic background with a minimum a 2:1 degree

Candidate should be ACA qualified

Operational experience is desirable, but not essential for the right candidate

Excellent oral/written communication, strong project management skills with a good eye for detail balanced against overall objectives.
