Risk and Regulations AVP recruitment
Our client is a large foreign bank with a highly recognisable brand name. Positioned in a medium sized finance team, this is an ideal opportunity for someone to consolidate and develop their regulatory reporting and risk skills.
The structure and set-up of the bank means that those working there get very wide job scopes and are able to see the bigger picture. The role you will undertake will have a lot of job satisfaction through the impact you will have. This is an AVP (about mid level Associate) role which will also put you in an ideal position to take advantage of the banks growth.
This role encompasses Risk / Regulatory Reporting / Financial Accounting and is sat within the Financial Control Division.
The ideal candidate will have two things in particular:
1. Good exposure to MAS reporting and control
2. Good exposure to Basel 1 / 2 reporting
They feel that candidates need at least 5-7 years experience, preferably more, but would consider those with 5+ if they are very strong on the aforementioned skills. Whilst these are the essential skills, related ability with CAR, RWA and so on is also desirable.
