Risk Change Manager, Risk Data and MI Development

This role provides a fantastic opportunity to apply risk analysis skills in a change position. You'll gain project experience whilst being intellectually challenged to deliver solutions for a large and complex business. Your output will be of high profile and aligned to key divisional and Group objectives.

Risk Change Services sits within the Chief Operating Office and responsible for a varied programme of change aimed at meeting our strategic risk objectives. One of our key objectives is to improve our risk data and MI capability to aid business decision making. This role is part of a well established team dedicated to delivering risk data change projects.

As a Risk Change Manager, you will use your expertise of risk data and analysis to achieve project deliverables. In particular, this means understanding the businesses problem, developing and designing technical solutions and managing through successful delivery to agreed project plan milestones. You'll also be working with similarly skilled specialists within the immediate team and more widely across user groups and other stakeholders. 

To succeed as a Risk Change Manager, you'll require in depth experience of risk data and its practical application in risk reporting and analysis. You'll have knowledge of banking processes and systems, enabling you to relate to the creation of risk data. Desirably you will have advanced skills in SAS coding or similar data extraction, and knowledge of regulatory capital principles will be advantageous.
