An exciting opportunity for a Risk and Compliance Manager to join a leading law firm

Our client has carved out a niche for themselves in the UK market and due to the forthcoming changes to the legal profession is now looking to reinforce its Risk and Compliance Team.

Working alongside the management team and departmental heads this role will focus on both firm wide and legal best practice design and implementation as well as managing the firms exposure to risk.

The ideal candidate will be an experienced Risk and Compliance Manager with previous experience gained within either private practice, an in-house legal team or with a Financial Institution. Due to the nature of this role it is essential that you have strong communication skills with the ability to advise and coach senior personnel. Working alongside IT and Finance Teams to ensure firm wide compliance requirements are met you will also work closely with HR designing and delivering training updates on legal service and regulatory compliance.
