About Risk

Deutsche Bank is exposed to a number of risks on a daily basis. These range from credit losses, market price volatility and operational failures to liquidity shortages and regulatory and legal matters. Risk is charged with identifying, aggregating, managing and mitigating these risks.
Risk is continually providing new solutions as we keep pace with increasingly complex financial products and ever-changing market dynamics. We place a strong emphasis on specialized training and education. This allows our people to develop the necessary skills to grow and succeed

Job Responsibilities

• Provide Compliance advice on applicable laws, regulations, internal policies, etc. to the coverage business and infrastructure area

• Review marketing materials, regulatory required documents, etc.

• Deliver Compliance training both in Japanese and English

• Attend business and infrastructure meetings

• Attend committees as necessary

• Review Compliance policies

• Implement Regulatory changes

• Assist Compliance Investigations and special projects

• Assist in handling Regulatory Inspections, and communication with Regulators

• Liaise with global counterparts on global calls and projects

• Ability to complete multiple tasks accurately and efficiently

• Technical proficiency in numeric and data analysis

Qualifications and Experience

• At least 3 years working experience in the Securities Industry mandatory

• Fixed Income product experience is a must

• Fluent /Native level Japanese and Advanced English Level (oral and written) required

• JSDA Internal Administrator qualification (preferable)
