Risk Consultant
Premier Alliance is seeking a Risk Consultant for an engagement at a Mortgage Loan client located in Los Angeles County, CA (Calabasas, CA).
This consultant’s role will be to mitigate risk associated with inadequate policies, processes and procedures in the Modified Loan Servicing Department. The Consultant will provide review and oversight of policies, processes, and procedures related to ongoing all Loan Servicing Departments.
Requirements
· Significant experience in risk mitigation related to the servicing of underperforming and non-performing mortgage loans
· Excellent Audit and Compliance background
· Auditing/reviewing policies, processes and procedures
· Ensuring that policies, processes and procedures support compliance with government mandated regulatory requirements
· A very high level of attention to detail and accuracy
