Internal Audit Assistant Manager - POLAND
We are assisting with the recruitment for a leading manufacturing company who are looking for an Assistant Manager to join their Internal Audit team and be based in Poland.
This Fortune 500 company, floated on the NYSE, is one of the worlds leading suppliers of a range of products to customers in the automotive, industrial automation and medical equipment manufacturing sectors. They are a global manufacturing enterprise with manufacturing centres in many locations worldwide including Europe, Americas, Hong Kong and Japan to name but a few.
In this role you will be responsible for both operational and financial audits covering the EMEA region. Reporting to the Senior Audit Manager you will supervise a small team (1 or 2 internal auditors) and will assist in expanding this team. There is excellent career potential with this role with the expectation of taking over the Management responsibilities within 3 years.
Requirements:
- Between 4-10 years experience
- Trained within a practice firm within audit (manufacturing clients preferred)
- Ability to perform financial and operational audits
- Ability to travel up to 50% of your time through EMEA region (occasionally toAmericasandAsia)
- Based inPoland
- Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance (or equivalent)
- Willing to complete professional qualification such as CA, ACCA or CIA
- Fluent in English and native/fluent Polish
- Any other language skills an advantage
- EU/EAA nationality
