My client, a world leading consulting/strategy firm, is going through the next phase of global expansion in the Basel II/III market. They are already the market leader in this area and continuing to build exponentially in Russia, Sweden , France and the UK.
They are looking for a number of Consultants/Managers with experience across the Basel II/III space with experience in ICAAP, Stress tests and Basel III Capital Buffers being at a premium but exposure in Modelling or CCR/CVA being desired as well. You must have excellent academics, and are either currently or previously worked in consulting (Mckinsey, Roland Berger, BCG, Big 4 are examples). Languages is a distinct advantage and the buildout in Russia is the most critical. There firm has a flat structure and the next level is Partner with the opportunity of seven figure salaries - as my client looks to promote from within.
