Risk & Control analyst recruitment
You will support the Operational Risk Management of APAC Investment Banking Operations Flow Products
Key tasks and responsibilities include:
- Drive the regular risk and control meetings with the functional managers and teams to go through key process risk indicators and understand the root causes and statuses of the risk items
- Assist with the recording, management, reporting and review of operational risk events or breaches, including following up with owners on mitigating actions to address identified gaps
- Coordinate the functioning of risk forums with the functional/locational heads (including the preparation of report packs, minutes and tracking of action items
- Coordinate the annual SOX certification process for the function
- Value add by taking the initiative to provide ideas on risk reporting, risk mitigation, process improvements
Our ideal candidates should have the following requisites:
- Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant Run The Bank (RTB) or Risk Control experience in Operations
- Good understanding of the trade lifecycle of either Securities or FXMM products
- Expert in using MS office i.e. Word, Excel and experience in building excel macro (VBA) is highly preferred
