Risk & Control Analyst recruitment
Responsibilities/Tasks:
• Performs accurate reporting from range of source tools and systems on a regular and ad-hoc basis
• Supports the execution of risk and control programs in line with the defined approach
• Proactively supports internal and external audit processes. Verifies factual correctness of issues, assesses individual management action plans for quality, prior to submission
• Escalates unresolved issues promptly
• Supports the project teams on the execution of risk programs and processes
Experience/Exposure:
• Proficiency with MS Access including familiarity with VBA and hand coded SQL (both DML and DDL preferred)
• Good analytical skills to evaluate problem, root cause and inform the development of a solution
• Team worker, able to work in virtual global teams in a matrix organization
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment and keep pace with technical/operational innovation
• Good communication skills, fluent in English (written/verbal)
• General financial markets experience is a plus but not a necessity
Education/Certification:
• Degree from an accredited college or university, preferably in Information Services
