Risk & Control Operations (Reg Report)
Top Tier Securities Firm is looking for manager level bilingual professional that's experience in Operational Risk Control area or Compliance area to help mitigate operational risk in Operations and to help protect the firm from such risks. (Ideal candidate would be covering from compliance background with knowledge or working experience in Operations so they understand the risk from the operational perspective)
You will be responsible for functions including but not limited to regulatory change management and regulatory inspection coordinations. In addition, you will be partnering with compliance to understand local regulatory requirements; coordinate responses to regulator's inquires, regulatory reporting, coordinate onsite regulatory inspections; and ability to work independently and within a team.
You must be somewhat familiar with financial regulations such as FIEL, FX Law, Local Tax Regulations and etc; strong writing skills, with experience in writing operational or regulatory-related procedures; and project management experience is a plus.
