My client, a top tiered investment bank in London, is seeking a Risk Control specialist. This is an exceptional opportunity for a skilled risk control project manager to be at the forefront of this bank’s risk strategies.
The successful candidate will:
• Ensure processes and drivers are maintained and improved upon to ensure data integrity.
• Develop the Credit and Market risk metrics communication process, clarifying recorded metrics throughout the system to identify any areas of exposure to the relevant departments / individuals.
• Build solid working relationships with overseas and domestic Operational and Risk teams.
• Work closely with other functions across the bank including It and Change Project teams
The candidate will need to be:
• An excellent communication manner, both written and verbally, capable to speak to key stakeholders with authority and clarity.
• Well versed in the MS office applications, with a greater emphasis on Access and Excel given priority
• Adaptive and intelligent, able to comprehend complex IT and Risk infrastructures.
• Experienced in risk, ideally in Market Risk products.
• Hold a University degree
