Risk / Controls Associate recruitment
THE COMPANY:
Our client is an established third party provider to the asset management sector.
THE RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Supports and develops risk reviews and reporting with operations directors
- Implementing cyclical risk review programme across operations
- Planning, reporting and tracking of remediation plans/actions
- Trend and analysis of requirements vs business process and market events
- Reporting and presentation risks/controls/gaps to senior management
- Production and development of internal and external KPI’s/KRI’s
- Point of escalation for control issues within Operations, coordinates and manages centrally investigation and resolution activities
- Maintains operational risk register
- Assist with development of the operational risk framework.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- Controls experience gained within an asset management environment.
- Good understanding of asset management operations
- Experience of developing risk framework.
