Risk Director recruitment

Role:

To monitor, manage and report on all risks to the business and ensure adherence to risk policy. Areas of coverage:

-Market Risk

-Credit Risk

-Regulatory Risk

-Liquidity Risk

-Legal Risk

-Operational Risk

-FX Risk

The main responsibilities:

-Devise and implement best practise risk management control across the business covering all exposures. This should be encapsulated and documented in the company’s risk policy to be set by the risk committee.

-Proactively provide guidance on potential and emerging risks to the business to the senior management team.

-Report detailed analysis and assessments of all risks faced by the business on an appropriate and regular basis.

-Ensure the creation or procurement and successful implementation of appropriate analytical tools and models to streamline current and future risk control processes.

Requirements:

-Extensive Risk experience across Market Credit risk.

-Understanding of all areas of risk including legal and operational risk.

-Preferred: English, German, Russian and/or Czech speaking

-Willing to work in Europe/relocate
