Risk & Governance Executive recruitment
To support the rollout of organizations risk management initiatives and methodologies.
The Job
- Support the implementation of company’s risk management methodology, policies, procedures for identification, collection and analysis of risk related information
- Plan, develop and conduct training and workshops to promote risk awareness across the organization.
- Facilitate and provide guidance in Risks and Controls Self Assessment
- Identification and evaluation of operational risks.
- Conduct risk control checks to identify gaps and assess compliance level
- Facilitate risk management workshops.
- Coordinate risk discussions and follow-up with department to ensure timely resolution of outstanding issues.
- Prepare report or dashboard for management presentation / updates.
- Drive new initiatives to improve the risk and controls environment.
- Development of Operational Risk Management tools
Job Requirements:
- Degree Holder
- At least 2 to 3 years of relevant experience with risk management or audit background.
- Good working knowledge of most components of risk management such as risk processes, appetite, tolerances, governance, reporting and systems.
- Good written and oral communication skills, and able to interact with people at different levels.
- A proactive team player and able to work independently
