Risk Governance Manager recruitment

- Group Policy and Regulatory
- Connect with Head of Business/stakeholders and outline plans, engage buy-in
- Create analytics based reports to ensure the business are aware of risks and improvements
- Take ownership of completing Risk process road-map
- Integrate Risk knowledge into training for staff and management

Background required:
You will come from a background where you have exposure to both front line relationship management and risk control (ORM or Compliance/Reg), meaning your skills are a mix of product knowledge and risks associated with business process.

We are seeking a seasoned individual with experience of creating and maintaining risk control framework. You will demonstrate track record of creating structure and implementing/project managing the process of rolling out new protocol across a business.

You should have a minimum of 7-10 years experience of one or ideally a combination of the following: Risk (business process), legal, compliance or operational risk and ideally in Asia based businesses.

Desirable;
Cantonese written and spoken language skills
Experience in the following industries;
Wealth Management,
Private Banking,
Commercial Banking.
Exposure to external client relationships in the capacity of;
Relationship Manager, Portfolio Manager or Account Manager.
