Risk Insight Manager
Due to sustained growth a new Risk Management team is being created in this Swindon based organisation.
We are currently recruiting for four roles requiring risk managers with a focus on one of the following areas:
Mortgages and lending operations
Savings and banking operations
Customer services and offshore operations
IT Production services
Reporting to the Head of Risk this role will be an integral part of a new team focussing on delivering risk management strategies across the group operations function. You will be developing and maintaining a rolling schedule of risk investigations and liaising with Senior Stakeholders across the organisation. You will be identifying potential risk and implementing strategies to mitigate it’s impact on the business.
The successful candidate will have a strong risk management background coupled with an understanding of the mortgages and lending function. You strong communication skills will enable you to build strong working relationships with operational management, challenging them where necessary.
