Risk Management Intern recruitment
As an Intern, you will get fully immersed within FXCM’s Risk Management department from day one. You will assist the Risk Officer with the development of Process and Key Control Maps and the maintenance of key business processes and controls across FXCM businesses and departments in the European region.
Key Duties Responsibilities:
- Assist with the development and maintenance of Key Process and Controls Maps to aid the implementation of quarterly RCSA process across the European businesses and departments
- Assist with documenting Key Business Processes and Control Activity descriptions including information systems that support these processes
- Produce Process Flow diagrams for each Key Business Process
- Assist with the production of Key Control Matrices for each Key Business Process
- Assist with the development and documentation of Testing Procedures for Key Controls
- Maintain Testing Procedures and Test Results for Key Controls
- Assist with the documentation of the RCSA (Risk Control Self-Assessment) Process
- Assist with the rollout of the RCSA process across London and the European branches
- Assist with ad-hoc work requests and administrative tasks in the Risk Management Function
Experience Skills:
- Possess skills in producing process flow diagrams and documenting processes and control descriptions
- Conversant with the use of Microsoft Visio and Excel is preferred
- Have strong analysis skills and the ability to produce good documentation
- Ability to liaise with different departments heads and staff to understand their key processes
- Ability to work well in a team and individually
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Qualifications:
- Must be eligible to work in the UK (No Visa Sponsorship)
- Must possess a bachelor’s degree in Business Process Analysis or Systems Analysis Design or a related field
- Have a Degree 2:2 or equivalent – in a numerate, scientific or analytical subject
