Risk Management recruitment
This role sits on a team which is responsible for developing and implementing a framework for managing operational risk within the bank and offers the successful candidate a great opportunity to join a very prestigious organisation.
The role:
- Producing quarterly business-wide reporting to the Bank’s risk committees (Operational Risk Committee, Business Risk Committee and Audit Risk Committee), including analysis of incidents and indicators across all strategic, operational and financial risk analysis.
- Providing ongoing analysis and research on the bank’s individual risk assessments and overall risk profile to support the continuous evolution of an appropriate Risk Framework commensurate with the Bank’s risk profile and tolerance.
- Produce quality training and communications materials on risk management to support the development and enhancement of strong risk management culture and awareness.
- Support the maintenance and development of risk and incident management software tools.
The Candidate:
- Proven track record in risk management with strong analytical abilities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, able to interact confidently with senior management.
- Intelligent and creative thinker, able to grasp complex issues quickly.
- Good analytical and presentational skills.
- Qualifications in finance / accounting or internal audit experience advantageous.
