You will assist in the setting of standards and policies and in the promotion of best practice with respect to monitoring and managing regulatory risk issues. This will assist in fostering a greater awareness of compliance and risk issues amongst staff and improve operating standards generally, which will require a proactive approach to keeping abreast of changes in legislation and regulation and industry developments.
You will need to demonstrate ability to analyse management information to identify risks, and understand issues resulting from monitoring and to present robust solutions. Strong communication and people management skills are essential in this role. There is frequent travel to both the London and Bristol offices.
