Risk Manager | Financial Services | Hong Kong
Our client is a leading Financial Services firm and we are URGENTLY looking for a strong Risk Manager for a new Risk role within the firm. The Risk role will be based in the regional HQ in Hong Kong.
This Risk role works closely with the different business units and candidates will get exposure to the other regional offices.
Our ideal Risk candidates should have at least 2 years of working experience in an Operational Risk, Enterprise Risk, Internal Controls, Compliance or related field. Candidates with AML, KYC, Compliance or Risk Controls experience may have an advantage. Candidates should also have had exposure to Operational Risk or aspects of Enterprise Risk. Candidates from Banking or Financial Services are welcome to apply.
The main responsibilities of the Risk Manager role include:
- Oversee internal controls and Risk and partner with Internal Audit team on any Risk Control, Control or Compliance issues across Asia Pacific
- Implement new Risk frameworks and processes; partner with Audit and Compliance teams in recommending new Risk processes for the firm across Asia Pac
- Handle and carry out any Business Continuity Planning for Asia Pacific
