Risk Manager, ICAAP andPolicy recruitment
An exciting new permanent job opportunity has arisen within the Risk Capital team of a leading global financial services provider.
This role will allow you to take on the responsibility for the management of the end-to-end processes of the delivering of ICAAP, maintaining the continual improvement throughout. You will develop and maintain policies relating to risk capital.
The success of this role will come from the building and maintaining of relationships with senior stakeholders as well as with other functions of the business.
A successful Risk Manager within this role must be educated to degree level and have previous capital management experience. Ideally you would have experience of risk management and of ICAAP too.
Communication skills both written and verbal are essential along with strong interpersonal and influencing abilities.
You must be self-motivated and proactive in a well-organised manner.
You must be confident working in a team as well as on an individual basis.
