Responsibilities
- Constantly improving the robustness of the control environment
- Promoting best practices in the company
- Undertaking the deal monitoring
- Performing market intelligence
- Managing the relationship with the external auditors and our regulators
- Supporting the brokers on client on-boarding matters
- Participating in the new business due diligence process
- Upgrading the procedural environment
Skills
- Detailed knowledge of fixed income activities, structured rates equity products (origination, structuration, life cycle management)
- Excellent awareness of compliance issues: a working knowledge of the Swiss regulatory environment would be a plus
- Business school or university graduate with a major in Finance
- Three-year minimum experience in a similar role (i.e. risk management, audit, internal control) within preferably an international environment
- Fluent in French and English
- Independent, rigorous and high level of integrity
- Team player and ability to work under pressure
- Excellent interpersonal skills and fast learner
