Risk Manager recruitment
This role will work with the Risk team to oversee, design and maintain the end to end risk governance, risk management and capital framework.
Core responsibilities:
-Design, maintain, oversee and when appropriate asses effectiveness of risk frameworks in line with agreed risk appetite and policies
-Execute and refresh ICAAP exercises in accordance with Operational Risk
-Maintain and oversee the function of the Risk Policy and Appetite framework and ensure they are aligned to Statutory requirements
-Provide focused risk consultancy and assurance
-Coordinate and deliver risk assessments
-Build and maintain strong relationships with senior business management and with the FSA
Requirements:
-Working experience from a Financial Service or Insurance background
-Risk Management experience, including Operational Risk methodologies- i.e. scenario analysis.
-In depth knowledge of FSA regulations and ICAAP
-A solid understanding of Solvency II
