Risk Manager recruitment
My client a leading asset servicing firm and independent investment platform provider seek an experienced Risk Manager to join their Chelmsford risk team. The Risk Manager will act as point of contact for management across the business, ensuring risks are managed and escalated appropriately.
Key responsibilities include-
-Proactively working with management to identify, assess, monitor and report risks including project risks.
-Perform risk reviews on a planned and ad-hoc basis.
-Assisting in maintaining the risk management framework, processes and reporting.
-Providing advice and guidance to management on risk and control matters.
-Assist in the preparation of ICAAP and reverse stress- testing.
-Monitor and report on the assessment of risks, report on appropriate risk indicators.
This successful candidate will liaise with all areas of the business to ensure risks, regulatory impacts and compliance issues are documented accurately in the risk framework.
You shall have a proven background in Operational Risk management process and frameworks, ideally from within a financial services company or fund management. My client will be looking for enthusiastic and driven individuals with broad risk exposure- operational, market, credit risk. This role will enable you to develop and enhance your own technical, inter-personal and risk identification skills.
