Responsibilities:

•Project/Program Manager - Credit/Market Risk Technology initiatives

The responsibilities of the Senior Project Manager will include:
• Provides overall leadership, governance, and communications to sponsors, stakeholders and the PMO
• Meet with decision-makers, systems owners, and end users to coordinate project activities
• Ensure that all stakeholders are involved in Pre studies, definition phases, regular status meeting during development phase, quality assurance and post project review.
• Develop and review Project Management artifacts
• Perform analysis to determine and verify business requirements, functional design, QA/UAT strategies and project risks
• Lead peer reviews and inspections of requirement documents
• Manage changes to baseline requirements through a change control process
• Maintain issues lists, including minutes from design meetings
• Balance the needs and foster a relationship between the business and the technology areas
• Provide guidance  to BA, Developers, QA leads as appropriate
• Prepare/Assist in the organization and delivery of presentations
• Prepare and manage resource budgets and plans. Provide timely reports to PMO and CAO.
• Ensure deliverables are being met on a timely basis and within project budget

Previous Experience:
• Minimum of 7 years of practical experience of successfully implementing projects in the Risk Management in financial services industry
• Managing, organizing and prioritizing multiple tasks and responsibilities
• Preparing and executing project plans

Required Skills Experience

• Market Risk, Credit Risk and Operational Risk in Capital Markets
• Familiarity of Financial Products and Market Data. Specifically Equities, Fixed Income, and Derivative instruments.
• Ability to work independently, multi-task, and take ownership of various parts of the project
