Risk & Quality Senior Manager, Client Services for Deals & Consulting

Risk Quality Client Service team looks after all quality and risk management matters affecting our people, our clients and our firm. We aim to protect and enhance the PwC brand by making quality, risk management and compliance as simple and sustainable as possible for PwC people.
Key responsibilities:
- Plan and manage the annual completion and quality review process for Deals, Consulting and Enterprises Business Units
- Provide advice to teams on managing risk on engagements. This may include review of engagement letters, review of PwC deliverables, general enquiries etc.
- Manage the reporting requirements of the team, both at a national and global level
- Liaise with OGC on legal matters affecting the firm and client engagements
- Manage the quarterly testing of authorised representatives of PwC Securities and prepare quarterly Board papers
- Plan and facilitate RQ training for all partners and staff in Deals and Consulting nationally
- Manage policy updates as required
- Involvement in ad hoc special projects (Examples of past projects have included improvements to Terms of Business, revising template engagement letters, developing firm responses to changes in legislation/regulation, PwC Online)
- Day to day management, coaching and mentoring of junior staff
- Identify opportunities for RQ systems and process improvements
Key experience and skills required:
- Experience and a keen interest in Risk Quality
- Strong leadership and coaching experience
- Self-motivated, ability to work autonomously
- Ability to confidently work and communicate with people at all levels of seniority
- Experience working in the either the Consulting or Deals business units is an advantage
