Risk Securitisation Team – Regulatory Advisor recruitment

Role Details:

• Conduct analysis to classify selected transactions as securitisation or non-securitisation positions.

• Provide regulatory advisory services to the business in relation to business models and in the structuring and restructuring of transactions in order to optimize regulatory capital consumption with a strong focus on securitisation business.

• Provide guidance on regulations pertaining to Group-level regulatory reporting to other Finance functions to improve the quality of reporting.

• Monitor and assess changes in the Group’s regulatory reporting requirements and communicate them to local Finance functions, local senior management and businesses with a focus on securitisation business.

• Regularly engage with other Finance Functions, Group Legal, and the Business Lines.

Skills Required:

• Work experience in a similar role within an investment bank, central bank, consultancy or law firm.

• Solid knowledge of international regulatory requirements (e.g. EU- Capital Requirements Directive- CRD, Basel II) and in depth understanding of the proposed revision of the international regulatory framework (Basel III, CRD 3, CRD 4).

• Solid knowledge of structured finance products including securitisation and derivatives.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• The ability to learn quickly and to work independently in a fast paced environment.

• High professional standards.

• Degree educated, ideally in business administration, finance, economics, or a qualified lawyer.

• An excellent communicator at all levels both verbally and written based on experience with stakeholder in front office (trading and structuring).

• Able to interpret, communicate and solve complex regulatory issues in a timely manner.
