I am seeking a senior project manager to join the Front office risk division of my investment banking giant client based in Canary Wharf. This is a brand new role which has been approved today, and will be interviewing next week so shortlisting will be quick on this.
As the senior project manager within this global front office technology team, your focus will be on products including rates options, structured trading, eCommerce, and pricing applications. [Products cover the board from highly technical architectural design programmes (largely in c# c++), through to multi million pound business facing regulatory programmes e.g. Dodd Frank.
You will own the planning and delivery of large cross team risk projects with multiple stakeholders, and work within a matrix management scheme to ensure delivery.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experience project manager who wants to be more visible, to run your own programmes rather than be within a team, and have visibility across both business and technical programmes, expanding your own skill set
Requirements
- Experience as a project management within front office risk and regulatory programmes
- Technical background including Grids and experience on large enterprise scale programmes
- C# or c++ beneficial
- Business knowledge within structured trading. Options, or fixed income beneficial
