Responsibilities
- Understand and explain complex financial and technical models on conceptual, intuitive, and practical levels.
- Provide in-depth education and assistance on product features, functionality and the product technical architecture.
- Diagnose unique technology hurdles and creatively troubleshoot to implement solutions.
- Advise clients on the use of our industry leading credit risk products in a courteous, professional, accurate and timely manner via web, email, telephone, and in person.
- Develop excellent working relationships and partner with colleagues across the organization.
- Partner with other subject matter experts to project manage a joint resolution to complex and escalated issues.
- Communicate client needs and identify opportunities to help Sales to deepen market penetration.
- Identify, capture, and channel client feedback on product features and functionality to our Product Managers.
- Originate and maintain content for our client Knowledge Base and CRM system.

Qualifications
- Undergraduate or graduate degree with an emphasis in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or Statistics.
- (Optional) Masters degree in Quantitative Financeor Financial Engineering
- Superb analytical skills and persistence in analytical and technical problem solving
- Client-facing experience within a complex software application context
- Exposure to banking, credit, and/or financial markets; client service roles; OR quantitative-driven research preferred
- Minimum 2 years of experiences in using or supporting complex technology, application of quantitative methods, and/or data analysis
- Ability to understand technically complex problems and find solutions via analysis of application log files, SQL procedures and error messages and operating System / database server diagnostics
- Technical knowledge of Windows based architectures
- Database administration and use (Oracle and/or MS SQL Server)
- Proficiency in standard Windows-based applications (e.g. Excel, Word, Access)
- Familiarity with .NET framework, ASP.NET, Web Service
- Fluency in English is essential. Advanced skills in Asian languages is a plus.
