DEPARTMENT OVERVIEW

Treasury manages the Capital, Funding, Liquidity Risk and Funds Transfer Pricing of the Deutsche Bank Group. Treasury at Deutsche Bank is a corporate function whose ‘customers’ are the businesses and regulators of the Bank. Treasury reports into the Chief Risk Officer.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Purpose of the role:
• Treasurer for two countries in Southeast Asia with responsibility for capital and liquidity management, including the Asset Liability Committee processes
• Additional functional responsibility in the regional team, subject to the experience of the respective candidate
• Assist regional businesses to achieve their objectives within the risk management framework of the Bank
• Interaction with regulators on liquidity risk management topics

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Qualifications and Experience:
• Experience in asset liability management (or equivalent track record) within a business or infrastructure function in a banking environment
• Familiarity with financial risk management techniques
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Confidence engaging with senior stakeholders
• Fluent command of English
• Pro-active and demonstrated initiative taker
• Strong drive for results and follow-up
• Knowledge of Asian financial markets is preferred
