About the Job

ROLE SYNOPSIS
Maintains assigned trucks, ships, and related surface cabin equipment in accordance with operating specifications
 
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES
Routinely welds, paints and refurbishes equipment
Conducts mechanical inspections
May use moderately complex diagnostic equipment
Assist in reworking, repairing, testing and modifying non-conforming equipment
Compliance with HSE policies and procedures
Handles special projects, as assigned
 
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Technical diploma or minimum 1 year’s relevant industrial experience in electro-mechanical function or minimum 1 years relevant industrial experience (airline, military, oilfield, automotive, electronic)
 
DESIRED/PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Conducts mechanical inspections
