RMBS/CMBS/ABS Database(Intex,PPR,Trepp) Risk Reporting Analyst (SQL, Excel)- Asset Manager- Stamford, CT
The risk reporting team is charged with pulling together data from various third party MBS and CMBS vendor products, centralizing that data, creating periodic risk reports and helping to automate the risk information gathering process.
The Candidate must be extremely competent in using SQL and Excel and adept at collecting complex data from in house databases, excel spreadsheets, and third party risk systems such as: Trepp, PPR, Loan Performance, and Intex. The ideal candidate will have hands on MBS, CMBS, ABS and CLO database experience with these applications with a major financial firm. Experience collecting information from large databases, producing and presenting financial risk reports and helping to automate the risk monitoring and risk reporting processes is a requirement. Product Knowledge of the RMBS, CMBS, and CLO market is strongly preferred.
