RMS Analyst/Administrator - Surrey
Our client, a leading financial services organisation based in the heart of Surrey look to recruit an experienced Risk Management Solution Analyst (Risk Administrator) in joining a small team, working on the build, maintenance and support of its Datapoint RMS Servers across the Companys production, recovery, development and test platforms.
The successful Risk Analyst will have a minimum of four years supporting or developing computerised systems running on Linux or Windows platforms in business-critical transactional environments, preferably within the finance sector.
A good working knowledge of Windows or Linux operating systems additionally with working knowledge of server backup, log shipping, optimisation, system recovery, and replication and mirroring in any computerised environment.
Preferred:
* Databus programming skills.
* Datapoint RMS
* VMware vSphere 5.1
The successful candidate will make a key contribution to the success our clients business programme and must have a proven track record of delivering computerised solutions, on which they will act as the main technical lead. The role will also involve cross-training to VMware to enable the job-holder to provide equivalent levels of support for the Companys remote RMS test servers
