RN - Case Manager

Our client, located in Northern Oakland County, is currently seeking an RN Case Manager for a 6-8 week contract position. This is a 300 bed facility in the heart of a fantastic community. In this position, you will be responsible for managing a continuum of care from admission through discharge for assigned patients.
