Position Summary
This position maintains efficient and effective operations of beds in the hospital by overseeing the correct placement of patients at admission, transfer, and discharge including assigning level of care. This enables the Right Patient in the Right Bed at the Right Time.
Minimum Qualifications
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Education, Credentials, Licenses:
Registered Nurse with current State of Ohio Licensure
Specialized Knowledge:
Effective verbal and written communication, problem solving and organizational skills; Computer Skills; Clinical pathway development and understanding of quality improvement.
Kind and Length of Experience:
2 yrs in critical care; 1 yr as charge nurse
Additional Job Information
7P-7A, weekend/holiday rotation. Recent critical care experience required.
