RN Case Management (CH) PT days

Description/Purpose Of Position:
Responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, coordinating monitors and evaluates options and service to meet an individual’s health needs through communication and available resources to promote quality cost-effective outcomes.

Minimum Qualifications:

Education:
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.

Experience:
 A minimum three years experience in varied clinical settings and two years experience in Utilization Review, Utilization Management or Case Management.

License/Certification:
Current RN license in the State of Nevada.

Other:
Must be able to demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care/service appropriate to the age of the patients served on the assigned unit/department.
