We have an immediate need for a RN Case Manager whose essential job responsibilities include: Coordinates the overall interdisciplinary plan of care for a patient. Acts as a liaison between patient/family/military unit and healthcare personnel to ensure necessary care is provided promptly and effectively. Ascertains fitness for duty and directly manages processes responsible for moving patient through the system to determine duty capability. Required Skills Excellent communication skills. Able to lead and direct the work of others effectively to accomplish the goals of the mission. Able to rely on extensive experience and judgement. Experience Required A Bachelor's Degree in Nursing is required. Must be a Registered Nurse with 4-6 years of clinical experience and 1-2 years administrative management experience.
