RN Case Managers – Full-Time
JOB SUMMARY
Due to continued growth INETICARE is searching for the right candidates to join our full-time RN staff to provide case, and disease management, services for self-funded health benefit plans. These positions will be located in our downtown Tampa office. The responsibilities will include the collaboration and management of assigned cases to ensure costs are contained and quality of care is maintained as the patient moves across the continuum of care. Requirements include strong clinical background; excellent verbal and written communication skills; good computer skills including Microsoft Windows, Word and Excel. Managed care experience and CCM a plus.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Registered Nurse with at least 5 years of Clinical Nursing Experience
- Active, Unrestricted License in the State of Florida
- Certification in Case Management, or a related field, preferred but not required
- Excellent oral, written, telephone, and computer skills
- Positive, proactive, team-oriented approach/attitude
- Familiar with URAC Standards, Principles, and Procedures is a plus
