REGISTERED NURSE - 20 hours weekly - days - Mon-Fri. InterAge Adult Day Program serves adults who have dementias, physical challenges, cognitive issues and socially isolated seniors. Job duties include: oversight of nursing services, documentation, medication administration management administration training, assist with facilitation of health education and caregiver support group, assist participants with ADLs, monitor general health and work with staff on activity floor. Current Vermont licensure, CPR, First Aid and some computer skills needed.
