RN Nurse Supervisors
The Ohio Veterans Home Sandusky, Erie County, who provides 24/7 Nursing Services, is excited to announce the beginning of our transition toward enhanced resident-centered care. To accomplish this we are searching for RN Nurse Supervisors. These positions will be a part of a team including RNs, LPNs, STNAs as well as other team members working toward resident centered care goals.
Candidates for this role need to possess the following qualifications:
* Current licensure as a registered nurse and have at least 24 mo. experience as registered nurse:
* Possess 1 course or 3 mos. experience in counseling:
* Possess 1 course or 3 mos. experience in interviewing:
* Possess 3 courses or 9 mos. experience in public relations:
* Possess 3 courses or 9 mos. experience in employee training and development:
* Possess 6 courses or 18 mos. experience in management:
Or
* Possess 6 mos. Experience as a Nurse 2 in a state agency:
Positions available on first, second, or third shifts in order to implement resident centered care philosophy.
