RN SERVICE COORDINATOR
Metro South Community Aged Care Packages and Extended Aged Care at Home Service Coordinator.
A highly motivated and organised RN is sought tojoin our successful Community Coordination team based at Marryatville.
The successful applicant will ensure effective and efficient delivery of flexible, individually tailored packages of support of the highest quality to older people who choose to remain in their own homes. St Louis is a family friendly workplace with an excellent history of service delivery and standards compliance.
Experience and Qualifications
- Experience in the provision and management or coordination of care services to older members of the community is essential.
- Current Registered Nurse Registration and police check a requirement.
- Experience in the provision of care to people living with dementia desirable.
