RN Supervisor

Develops, implements, and manages assigned departments. Serves as a professional resource for assigned departments' services including collaborating with local community outreach activities and participates in clinical effectiveness as applicable.
Offering comprehensive care for the whole family, Palo Alto Medical Foundation Santa Cruz offers primary care, including General and Family Practice, Internal Medicine, and Pediatrics, along with urgent care at four convenient locations. With virtually every specialty represented, the clinic's diverse services include athletic training, audiology, cardiopulmonary, diagnostic services, education classes, laboratory services, nurse midwifery, nutritional counseling, occupational therapy, optometry, pharmacy, physical therapy, radiology, skin care, and speech therapy.
Required:
-Current RN license
-Minimum of three (3) years of RN related medical experience,
-Department specific certifications (e.g., administer IV medications, insert/remove catheters, etc.)
-Current BLS and ACLS certifications
PREFERRED:
-Two (2) years of supervisory experience in the assigned department
-Previous supervisory experience
