Description and Duties:

**Wireless Telecommunication Experience Required**

Market Implementation PM:  

  • Responsible for overall coordination and project management of all assigned rehomes.
  • Tasks include, but are not limited to, IWOS ticket management, CTS ticket management, AOTS (change control/MOP) management, MPC interface, OEM vendor management, drive test vendor management and hosting G-N-G calls.
  • Responsible for ensuring all pre-requisites for executing the rehome are completed including, but not limited to, ensuring appropriate functional groups perform initial design analysis, CIQ/NDER (engineering design documentation) development, CPDO/cut sheet development and design (where applicable), TVW generation, PSAP scheduling and general issue resolution.
  • Responsible for producing and publishing scheduling documentation, sending updates and project completion notifications.
  • Management and maintenance of Clients rehome forecast and execution tracking application.
  • Responsible for communicating freeze notifications and enforcing SLA agreements.
  • Responsible for Tracking and resolving maintenance window scheduling and resource conflicts.
  • Ensuring post rehome issues with KPI’s and/or trouble tickets opened with the MNRC are assigned and tracked.
  • Providing management with recommendations for process improvement aimed at increased throughput and efficiency.

    Market Rehome PMs:  
      

  • Responsible for opening/hosting MW bridge. 
  • Responsible for keeping a detailed event log showing timelines and ownership.
  • Responsible for coordination of multiple vendors (both internal and external) in the execution of planned MW activities.
  • The ability to understand network topology as needed to support high level triage and escalations as needed.
  • The ability to quickly engage appropriate technical teams in design validation and corrective actions in the event of a failure.
  • The ability to use various databases and tools including, but not limited to, Granite, CTS, AOTS, RMAP, corporate email and Q.
  • Management and maintenance of Clients rehome forecast and execution tracking application.
  • The ability to determine and execute go forward or fallback decisions.
  • Open trouble tickets with MNRC for post rehome issues that did not require a fallback.
  • Responsible for ensuring post rehome KPI’s are within acceptable ranges.
  • Responsible for sending updates and project completion notices (including relevant log files).
  • Providing management with recommendations for process improvement aimed at increased throughput and efficiency.
